This month's video presentation features Ivor Cummins, an engineer from Ireland with a strong interest and expertise in insulin resistance. I had the great pleasure of meeting him and speaking with him last July when we both presented at the Low Carb USA conference in San Diego. In his own unique, engaging style, Ivor discusses strategies to  reduce heart disease risk by reducing insulin levels, improving insulin sensitivity, and controlling inflammation.
