​June is National Dairy Month! I'm a big dairy fan. My favorite low-carb dairy products are cheese, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and just plain cream! dLife Debut
I'm very happy to announce that I've joined the dlife.com team! Dlife is a fantastic online resource providing support, guidance and up-to-date diabetes research for people with type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes, as well as prediabetes. The website was recently re-launched with a low-carb focus, and I'm the RD-CDE who answers questions in the FAQs section on the homepage.
