I think a great point was mentioned about people transitioning from a standard diet to an LCHF diet, in that the LCHF diet is much richer from having so much fat in it. It might be a little too much at first and requires some getting used to. But once you get used to it, it's really wonderful, very filling and satisfying. I'm not tempted to snack anymore and even my meal portion sizes are much smaller.
