I was surprised to see that I hadn't yet shared any presentations from Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt, aka Diet Doctor. This Swedish physician has been following a low-carb diet for over a decade and has helped thousands of people all over the world become healthier as a result of follow a LCHF lifestyle. I'm honored to write for him as part of Team Diet Doctor.
In this talk, he provides a clear rationale for the benefits of carb-restricted, whole-food way of eating in his engaging, easy-to-understand style. His goal is to make low carb simple for people around the world, and he's well on his way to achieving this.
