I'm very happy to announce that I've joined the dlife.com team! Dlife is a fantastic online resource providing support, guidance and up-to-date diabetes research for people with type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes, as well as prediabetes. The website was recently re-launched with a low-carb focus, and I'm the RD-CDE who answers questions in the FAQs section on the homepage. Super happy to find your book and this blog! I started low(ish) carbing after reading Always Hungry, which is a great book also. I've decided that I need even lower carbs so I am taking my diet further, which led me to your book.
