Loved the sauces article and Dr. Troy Stapleton’s 5 year update. The only thing that needs improving is to see some women on the role model list....like you, Franziska, and Carolyn Ketchum and the female doctor with the blonde hair who has wonderful YouTube videos on the results of LC approach for diabetics.

I'm so glad you like this month's blog post and newsletter, Marcia! I truly appreciate your kind and supportive words :) I was pleasantly surprised and honored that I did end up on a few readers' low-carb hero lists! I agree very much that Carolyn is a fantastic low-carb role model, along with Dr. Sarah Hallberg (I believe that's the blonde woman you're referring to), Dr. Mary Dan Eades, Jacqueline Eberstein, and others.
