![]() May is National Egg Month. Like many low-carbers, eggs are a staple food for me. I love their taste, versatility and outstanding nutrition profile. They're wonderful for breakfast, of course, but I enjoy them equally well in a salad or omelet at lunch or dinner. Here are five low-carb recipes featuring eggs, published within the past year. Eggs Benedict Quiche from Carolyn at All Day I Dream About Food (less than 4 grams net carb per serving) Keto Paleo Scotch Eggs from Libby at Ditch the Carbs (0.5 grams net carb per serving) Blueberry and Cinnamon Omelette from Emma at Paleo with Mrs. P (about 5-10 grams net carb per serving, depending on amount of blueberries) Asparagus Quiche from Taryn at Joy Filled Eats (2 grams net carb per serving) 2-Minute Keto Eggs en Cocotte Feta and Herbs from Stacey at Beauty and the Foodie (1 gram net carb per serving) Video Presentation by Paul Mason, MD: "Treating Metabolic Syndrome" November 2017, Low Carb Down Under Sydney This is a wonderful presentation from Dr. Paul Mason of Sydney, Australia, about the root causes of metabolic syndrome and the dramatic improvement he's seen in his own patients who have switched to a low-carb lifestyle. Just LOVE both your articles for Diet Doctor this month. Thank you especially for the 'Guide for Low Carb Dietitians.' And the list of 10 resources for them to check out the science and use it with doctors who may still be skeptics. I agree that Feinbberg's article in Metabolism deserves to be #1 too.

I just need to tell you how much I'm enjoying your blog. I bought your book back in 2015, but never really even opened it until now. It is fabulous. Three years wasted, fighting low carb. Not anymore. Two weeks of lowering carbs, and the neuropathy I had in my toes for YEARS went away. Your book, and blog is so very helpful. I'm not a Facebook fan so I rely on books and the internet for blogs and info about low carbing, A big thank you from the bottom of my heart.
